Welcome to the Missouri Chapter APWA website!

The Missouri Chapter of the APWA is an association of professional engineers,
technicians, operations staff, public works directors, business people, contractors,
consultants, and others who join together to exchange ideas and information, promote
education and training, and work as a team to meet professional and community needs.
The Missouri Chapter’s membership comes form the geographic area of the state of
Missouri outside the Kansas City Metropolitan area.  The Missouri Chapter also includes the St. Louis Branch.

The Missouri Chapter delivers valuable, timely and relevant APWA educational, networking, and public service activities near where members work and live.  The Chapter offers members the opportunity to attend educational programs, Click, Listen & Learn audio web conferences, symposiums, monthly branch luncheons, spring and fall conferences and the chance to meet and exchange ideas with public works professionals, colleagues and peers in a professional setting.

Within the past decade, the City of St. Louis has transformed into a Bicycle Friendly Community as designated by the League of American Bicyclists. Learn about the successes and challenges that the City has undergone through the implementation of over 160 miles of bicycle facilities. Topics presented include specific projects, partnerships, legislation, and initiatives involving bicycling as a form of transportation, entertainment, and exercise.
